Why it is so difficult to learn in most training sessions?

Most training classes leverage highly standardized and generic datasets and use cases. Concepts are often overlooked in favor of syntax presentation. This makes learning difficult. To learn concepts and their applications, you first need to learn data and wade through syntax.
